Grillzcity Custom Order & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders placed through Grillzcity’s online store are considered custom orders and are made specifically according to the client's (your) request.


Return Policy Overview

Since each piece is made to order, Grillzcity does not offer refunds for custom items due to a change of mind or personal preference.

However, we may accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in salable condition

  • Must be returned within 10 days of receipt

  • Subject to approval

  • A 10% restocking fee applies for jewelry

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


Custom Grillz Orders

  • All grillz are custom-made based on the mold impressions you provide.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the mold you submit is accurate.

  • If you cancel your order before sending back your mold, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit.

  • Once we receive your mold, any cancellation is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


Production & Adjustment Policy

  • All sales are final once we begin production of your custom grillz.

  • You have 7 days after receiving your order to report any fitting issues or defects.

  • We offer one free adjustment during this 7-day period.

  • Additional adjustments will incur a $70 fee, which includes a new mold kit, shipping, and insurance.


Final Sale Items

No refunds will be issued for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Custom engraved items

  • Custom rings

  • Custom grills

  • Any personalized or custom-designed products


Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return.

  • Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Grillzcity will inspect the returned item and determine the validity of the claim.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


How to Return an Item

  1. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.

  2. Make sure the item is unworn and unaltered.

  3. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label.

  4. Once your package is ready, ship it to the address below:
